Pros

There are no pros as such.

Cons

There are many cons. I can't mention all, but below are some, 1. Worst HR Policies 2. No job security 3. Once project you are working on completes, HR calls on private mobile number and inform that, your last day is after 15 days. When I asked her, but don't we have other projects, she told no and when I told her it is against the policy as in offer letter, it is mentioned that, employee will get 2 months notice time or 2 months salary from employer and also I asked her to send official mail, then she told me then your exit will not be smooth, means I will get red mark. Its like threatening someone.

Pros

Having been with Unify for over two years now, I have had the opportunity to experience the organization's culture, values, and growth journey firsthand. I really enjoyed the recent team meetup, it was a nice change of pace to connect with everyone outside work. It was a great experience connecting with fellow employees, especially with those whom I don't usually interact with daily. I will be happy to see these types of events organized more frequently maybe quarterly with different formats to keep the team bonding going. I would also like to take this opportunity to share my thoughts and feedback about the overall workplace culture in our organisation. The part I appreciate the most about working in Unify is the flexibility offered by leadership regarding work delivery. The balance between autonomy and collaborative teamwork is something I value a lot. I enjoy the freedom to own my work while still having a strong support system in the form of unit leadership and business HR. Having said that, I really appreciate the way management has been working to provide a comfortable work environment for the team. I really feel grateful to be a part of the Unify family.

Cons

If I have to pick an area with some scope for improvement, it would be growth review and support for employees. I feel that if employees are provided with a clear picture of growth opportunities within the organisation, it would help them stay motivated while enjoying the work. It may also enhance the overall work experience for employees to view their work delivery within the scope of a structured growth framework with visible career paths and periodic check-ins.

Pros

Having been with Unify for the past four and half years, I’m truly glad to be part of this team. The work culture is friendly, supportive, and collaborative, making it easy to learn from one another and work together effectively. Everyone is approachable, and there’s a great balance between achieving our goals and maintaining a positive work environment, which I genuinely appreciate. Our recent team meetup was a wonderful experience. It was great to connect with everyone outside of our regular work routine, have meaningful conversations, and spend quality time together in a relaxed and informal setting. Moments like these strengthen team bonding, encourage collaboration, and create a stronger sense of belonging. I'm grateful to be part of a team that values both professional growth and meaningful employee engagement. Looking forward to many more such meetups in the future.

Cons

No major cons except the Hike cycle and also better communication is expected upfront on the Company hike cycle and expectations.
