Unilink Inc was an experience. I enjoyed it because of the work, but the atmosphere was awful. The sale reps are aholes, there is no communication between teams, leadership (which comes from another company called InStream) is wildly lacking. There is an extreme lack of appreciation that comes from leadership. Conflict? Never heard of her, because we just pretend it doesn’t exist. Leadership WILL take sides. Coworkers would have to beg for yearly reviews. Unfortunately, I would not recommend unless you’re a fast learner and easy going. Otherwise, they will isolate you fast.
