Pros
Working at Unioil gave me solid experience in retail operations and administrative tasks. I learned a lot about customer service, inventory management, and coordinating with different departments, which was great for building my skill set. The company provides decent benefits, and I appreciated the structured environment — it felt supportive, especially as someone starting out in the industry. Some days, the teamwork and collaboration with my colleagues made the job enjoyable.

On the flip side, the workload could be heavy at times, and there were days when I had to work beyond standard hours, which made work-life balance a bit tricky. I noticed that promotions and career growth opportunities were limited, so advancement wasn’t always clear or guaranteed.
