      Pros

      Good social and company culture, I liked who I was working with socially but not professionally.

      Cons

      No regard for usability testing. Clique culture. Creatives run the show. Design based on assumption and cross your fingers your users like it? As long as the client is happy you've done your job, and to me that's incorrect.

      A lot of freedom and responsibility given to interns Ability to learn a lot fast Everyone was friendly

      Not much diversity, despite a claim that they are “committed to it” Leadership felt disorganized
