Pros
-Quite relaxed culture (i.e very good work life balance) - Very friendly colleagues, almost no politics - For sales, not much sales target as big boss knows sales highly dependent on market -If big boss likes you (you have to prove your capability), your life will be good. -Good for retirement (get a job and salary and just let time pass by) -Big boss is very shrewd in doing business, opportunity to see how reality of doing business works.
Cons
-Family business, totally zero chance of progression - Delayed payment of salary (almost every month) -If big boss thinks you are capable, you will be thrown to do ALOT more work, yet no additional increment or benefits/promotion. -Highly biased company- "blame" depends on whether big boss likes you -Does not value employees at all- will not retain employees.
