Good benefits, skilled and experienced workforce

Cons

This is one of the worst culture I have ever experienced in my career where there is so much favoritism going on. You have to be liked by management in order to sustain otherwise you will get easily pushed down. You have to constantly prove yourself to survive. Things are very bias, unfair treatment to employees with regards to award and recognition. Unless you are in management sphere, your visibility is zero. Lot of big talks with no strategic plan on execution.
