Pros
Hours are decent. 35 hours a week is full-time with a 1 hour lunch. Pto and sick days is at the industry standard. Available short term disability, life insurance, and healthcare(although very expensive), good learning experience and a good place to get your feet wet in the insurance adjusting industry, reimbursement for designations(aic, cpcu, etc)
Cons
Expensive health insurance, no work from home option for seasoned adjusters(not even 1 day per week), workload is heavy (although improved from when I first started with the company, some managers and supervisors are too micromanaging and expect too much from you. Company doesnt pay for aic or cpcu upfront and only on reimbursement,
