Pros

Casual work place and often left be to carry out work - not too advantageous when given insufficient training initially.

Cons

I think the staff turnover talks volumes, the business has no leadership and management does not play to individuals strengths or skill sets. Internal meetings were often presented as an opportunity for everyone to share ideas and develop best practise but in reality the only ideas ever taken on board were those that came from the top and so the business remained static. It is not an environment where you can openly speak your mind without criticism. The pay is always the lowest they can get away with paying and training is minimal.

thanks for your feedback - we now have a great team and pay above the minim wage. staff are becoming multi skilled and we are growing the business. right people doing the right job has definitely made a difference.

Pros

Lovely colleagues and customers. Good work life balance. Office right next to the metro centre.

Cons

A few customers could be rude over the phone but management are incredibly good at dealing with these situations.

Pros

I enjoy working here. I feel that my opinions are valued and can help better the company. It is flexible for me, if I need to attend a school assembly I am able to do so. The days go over really fast, which is a huge positive. There is a currently a nice team of people and the environment is a good productive one. We are left to get on with our own work and manage it well ourselves. This is good as an organised person I can manage the daily tasks well.

Cons

I do not have any cons. Any problems I might have in the future I would tell my line manager and hopefully it would be resolved.
