Salary is scaled only by skill growth, high management doesn't know about inflation and salary indexation. Well, prices for clients ARE considering inflation, while salaries are not. No corporative standards, code is not organized. Employies starved company, you are expected to self-educate, no mentoring. Only most basic govermental insuranse. Awful time registering system. Everything was pulled by one teamlead. Without him, company is struggling.
