      Not a bad commute, some nice people

      Cons

      Politics, unfair practices and enforcement of policies. Working hard does not pay off at this company. Boys club environment.

      You are given the tools to succeed and the commissions are paid promptly.

      Cons

      Sometimes upper management can create and inundate you with email overload. The packaging division was disorganized at best.
