Interesting - AAE Unit 7 Employee Review

Incredible culture, I feel like the heart of the leadership is in the right place and take the right approach in how they guide and develop their people.

I don't necessarily belleve this is negative but there is a new generation of people stepping into new roles and it takes time for them to become seasoned and competent.

It's a small company so you can contribute in different areas and make your own way. At some point, it had good people but then they were all laid off or left. It's in a great location near Union Square.

The management was often unorganized. The top level management often looked at situations from a higher level thinking instead of practical. The review system was very inconsistent. It is not a growing company unless they magically implement some sort of turn around. Lots of B.S. and no creative vision.
