      Pros

      no pros at all, i cannot see any growth,the traing was of hardly any use, dont recommend it to anone else

      Cons

      take money for training, the company then shifts location, no management no use of joining the company which actually doenot exists , it goes to colleges to recruit people but this is all fraud
