Pros
The office atmosphere was always relaxed, as was the uniform, so you could always feel yourself at work. Team Talks were always good opportunity to catch up with people, and the job was very varied. The people on the ground and in the offices are often very fun to work with, though some can be a little gossipy.
Cons
Could never keep hold of staff as the rate of pay is terrible for the amount of work and issues that you are expected to deal with on a daily basis. Overtime is expected and not 'voluntary' even though they say that it is, and the higher ups in the Head Office really could not care about you or your welfare any less.
