Pros
You'll develop extreme patience(and probably a backup alarm for 4a.m. calls).
Cons
Working here was one of the most disrespectful and exhausting jobs I've ever had. The owners treat people like machines, not humans. There's zero trust between coworkers, because the environment breeds paranoia and competition instead of support. The owners are insanely bossy, and will talk down to you like you're beneath them, no matter how hard you work. I was regularly working 15-hours days with no extra pay, and the boss would call at all hours, including weekends, like your time didn't matter at all. They set insane goals that were completely unrealistic, then blamed the staff when things didn't magically happen. It felt like a company built on control, fear, and exploitation, completely unethical from the inside out.
