      Can be a good place to work if you don't expect much.

      Cons

      Merit increases are almost nonexistent. The place is run like a mom-n-pop shop and takes micromanagement to a new level.

      Continuously encourages employees to learn more about our complex products. Customers in the Aviation industry are always a pleasure doing business with! Fully paid travel expenses (sales) and the awesome conferences and destinations they send you to!

      Working from home Full-time is not an option.
