Egos are a problem - Anonymous employee Unitronics Employee Review

Egos run rampant in upper management (in NJ). Example: At the Holiday Party, everyone, including the employees dates, are required at the party to get up in front of the entire group and tell everyone why it is so great to work at Unitronics. Needless to say, the dates, who did not work for the company, were shocked. As were several of the new employees. Worse than not praising the company at the party, is not being a sycophant to upper management.
