Working from home. Great tech team and CSRs

One of the new owners does not know how to run a Telecom Service company the other does not care anymore as the original owner passed away. The owner make you feel like you are beneath them. Very poor unskilled management that will through you under the bus. The owners put their faith in the wrong people to manage their employees. No processes in place to help in day to day activities. The employees are overloaded with duties and responsibilities but not compensated accordingly. Non caring company.
