      Benefits I guess are technically a pro.

      Cons

      Racism, misogyny, micromanagement. Lack of training, resources, support. That saying of “HR is there to protect the company not the employees” rings true. Non-union employees are fully exploited. Run in the other direction from this place.

      -fantastic co-workers -good communication and support from management -good cost of living salary increases each year -manager was very supportive in my professional growth -good benefits and retirement plans

      -limited ability to get significant increases in pay or promotions -limited funding for ongoing development
