Pros
Overall a good hospital, with good standards of care and physicians that respect nurses and their work. Physicians will take you seriously when you have a patient concern.
Cons
Certain units are much less well organized than others, with high workloads, high patient and staff turnover. You wouldn't be able to go on break and still would not be able to finish all the tasks while maintaining the standards of care. It is a great learning experience though.
