Business Outlook
Pros
Unity Search has strong leadership, upholds the highest ethics and values, and is overall a wonderful company culture. The firm has little turnover, treats everyone with the upmost respect, and has cultivated a solid culture. We work hard, but we play hard too with fun events during and outside of work, and quarterly volunteering in the community.
Cons
It is really difficult to think of any downsides to working at Unity Search. The only thing I can come up with is that the position of being a Recruiter is similar to a sales role, so it can come with ups and downs. If anyone is not comfortable talking to people or dealing with the general public, this would probably not be the job for you.
