Needs improvement - HR Personnel Unitywater Employee Review

It's a big company employing so many people but needs to handle everyone better.

Too much request are coming in and the management can't handle them all. They pass them on us but they don't give us the best tools so we can work on them well.

Good work life balance. Good teams
