the leader or boss is professional

1. toxic staff and workplace culture, even if lunchtime 1-2pm, must do work until 1.30pm then only we can lunch, existing worker love to compare about their being bullied by previous staff and they cont the bullied culture to new staff (as they said to be fair). 2. existing staff set a rules that being friendly is forbidden.
