Pros

The team is very friendly and sticks together. They are welcoming and loyal to their company. They are in a good location that is easy to get to and have good benefits. They treat current employees very well.

Cons

If they let you go, it is very unexpected. You don't see it coming and then the top management never contacts or returns calls/emails/texts especially when they pride themselves on communication.

Pros

Most coworkers are friendly, and the free snack machine is a nice perk. The work from home flexibility is nice, but not all positions have that ability.

Cons

Management is solely focused on numbers, often at the expense of employee expertise and realistic solutions. They expect broken processes to work without addressing underlying issues, and anyone who challenges the status quo or suggests improvements risks being let go—I witnessed this firsthand with multiple employees, including myself. There’s a lack of engineers and techs, causing burnout across all roles. Many positions see high turnover unless you’re part of the inner circle of upper management. While the company promotes core values, leadership doesn’t always practice what they preach, and certain executives avoid taking accountability. In my short time there (less than six months), I was unfairly expected to carry the success of the project team while my concerns about core issues were ignored.
