Rude and unprofessional behavior of team lead and unsupportive management - Software Quality Engineer Universal Electronics Employee Review

I had unpleasant experience working with UEI. the major issues was the behavior of my team lead(A*). Instead of providing constructive guidance and support, he used to shout while explaining things if you. This created a hostile and uncomfortable work environment, making it difficult for me to focus on my tasks and collaborate effectively. It is the responsibility of the manager to ensure a harmonious and efficient team dynamic, but in my case, the manager appeared to be unsupportive and unresponsive to the issues within the team. This lack of intervention left team members feeling unsupported and undervalued. Work life balance is very bad.
