Pros
The benefits are amazing (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc..) The pay is pretty fair and average for the industry. The products are moving, company is growing and the name stands alone in the industry.
Cons
Production is a little weak in getting product out the door. Production management has lacked in the past 5-7 years (needs a Phenomenal Production Manager to walk in and take charge). Software could use a tweak. Too much paper flow and disorganization.
