      Pros

      Maybe the only good thing about Universal Pure is they don't conduct background checks, because they are a felon-friendly, second chance hire company.

      Cons

      If you happen to have prior involvement with the criminal justice system, all you will EVER be there is a general laborer who works for less than livable wages. Mid-level and upper level management is reserved for employees with no prior history or their relatives.

      Nothing positive to say so keeping it short

      Cons

      LOW PAY! Company does not care for their employees You pay minimum wage and expect top dollar employees You preach safety at hire and then safety goes out the window. They dont care about us peons. Employees get hurt and they say your not hurt! Employee benefits are the WORST I have ever seen. Employees are spending every dollar they make for poor insurance.
