I find no pros for the organization. The entire employment is lobby based.
Cons
I have worked for this organisation for almost 5 years & in my 10 years of career. this is the worst that I have faced. Customers are harassed to their absolute limit. The management is interested in everything apart from work. Claims are not paid in time. The management finds out different ways to cheat customers. In hindi we have a perfect term for them "Chindi". The ones who want to work and raises their voice for all the wrong doings, they are simply exploited and forced to resign. Even more, they try their best to defame them.I will never suggest any one to work for this organisation. Also, the employees are exploited as well, travel allowances are never paid and they figure out new ways to not pay them.
