Pros

Flexibility- start time was 9am typically, weekends had a start time of 8am. Breakroom was decent.

Cons

The upper level of management is very out of touch with what was going on at the warehousing level. Employees often stayed hours after closing to fulfil orders and prep for next day orders. They burned through contract workers like crazy, the warehouse was not centrally located to labor force, nearly everyone was driving 30-45 minutes to get to the warehouse and office.

Pros

The people and mission at US are amazing. Great place to work. I highly recommend it.

Cons

You work long hours for under market pay. So you have to love it.

Pros

Free clothes Cool office not much else to say it was a negative experience

Cons

They hired me for a job and then completely changed the parameters and expectations for the role. Attached lofty store sales goals to a position that never included sales in the description. The store was located in a sketchy building off a side street on a high floor with no visible signage or foot traffic advertising. Bad business model for a store. Was constantly expected to work late into the evening and my safety was compromised one evening as I left alone in the store to oversee a party with 50 guests.
