Firstly, we are pleased to hear that you found our compensation, benefits, and overall mission to be positive aspects of your time with us as well as the considerable experience you gained during your tenure.
However, we are genuinely sorry to hear about the challenges you have addressed and thank you for sharing them.
Over the festive period we invited the company to switch off to recharge and this may have impacted on the timelines of the response from our People team.
Our mission is absolutely central to the work we do and as a start up in the B2B space, we fully recognise this also means ambitious goals, a fast paced environment and lots of change.
