-All mail communication to employees are fake & never followed - No salary on time & Not gives any letter on time (offer relive salary slip) -no party by office money (employees has to take initiative) -No Diwali gifts -Night work with biryani only bill payable upto 120rs only & if waiting late night no travel allowance -Project deadlines documents made by developer -Fake Promise - Top Management talks in an abusive language only. - No place to seat in office you may get dustbin box to seat with. - more Management people fewer employees - every project is seen as one man show so If one left the full project is on the toss - The designation doesn't matter you have to work like a donkey. - No meaning of team lead. - Support people are only following emails with a huge attitude. - Fresher paid well but they just getting support work which will never useful. - No water in washroom - if HR on leave during salary time. your salary on toss until that time. - No attendance maintenance. - Every Manager talks bad behind another manager. - No one knows what other project are - the project contains 2 developers but tester may be 3 - Your salary kept on hold in the name of GST for 3-4 months. - After you resign f&f will be a big pain. - Fake Website Info - Employees specific benefits & blind faith.
