      the people and staff are really nice and friendly,and they do things creative

      quite messy honestly and have quite much work force and you have to be able to work under great ....pressure

      Pros

      I love my team and the dynamic we have created. We have each other's backs and will always be available to help each other. The work life balance is pretty great!

      Cons

      Pay could be better Feels like we aren't paid the market value of this position.

      Pros

      Young company in the US with potential to grow and opportunities to learn for entry level. There were cool things in the office like snacks, occasional lunches, game table.

      Cons

      Lots of disconnect between headquarters (London) and external offices. Not enough people support so some of us were overworked at times.
