1) Very helpful Developers. (Most of them) 2) Early alignment on Project. 3) Knowledgeable Developers.
Cons
1) Work life balance -0/100 2) Working hours range from 10-14 hours per day. 9 hours is a scam. You will be lucky to have weekends off. 3) Managers are demotivating. They never praise you until their growth is dependent on you. In other words they will never praise you until you start working extra hours with extra efficiency. 4) The central management has little to no concern for Junior employees. They abide by senior managers. 5) No extra activities. Just work like hell.
