Pros

-Most of the great employees have left or are leaving. -The company is very diverse.

Cons

-Worth mentioning that previous positive reviews don't make sense - some of the roles didn't exist at the time... -The current atmosphere within the organisation can be described in 3 words: deceitful, pathological and chaotic. -Please do not get fooled by the CEO's charisma and acting skills; he says one thing and does the other. -Employee well-being and mental health have no place there. The company pledges to care for DEI; while the company is very diverse, the inclusion has been very poor lately. - Most people work 50 hours per week and still have no job security. - Blame culture. - Poor investment decisions. - No structure, processes or leadership capability; everyone works without goals and objectives. - People mysteriously disappear from the company. - The CEO is very secretive, has no consideration for employee well-being and communicates poorly. - The CEO keeps causing chaos and showing that he is not fully qualified for the position; he needs to step down or the company will fall apart. - Any attempts to voice your opinions and make the change won't be considered unless the CEO likes you. - The leadership team have no power here; everything depends on the CEO, who is the god and master.

Pros

Vibrant, inclusive, diverse, highly level of trust, high energy, young, open to ideas, hybrid working and flexible hours and allow dogs in the office, high level of autonomous working.

Cons

Only just started so not sure, but they are based in the City, which I'm not keen on (personal preference would be more south!) Highly busy organisation so hard to find time with people, but they TRY. Autonomy is good but early days might mean a slower integration. All to find out! Dogs are not in office every day :(

Pros

Opportunity to work with big names

Cons

Don't seem to understand the difference between freelancers and employees except when it comes to dropping you like a stone. Rates same as 2019 Poor communication Constant promise of future work without it materialising Prioritising people very little experience
