Pros

- Highly professional and inspiring environment; - Challenging projects on top edge technologies; - Good initiatives implement fast; - company is growing fast - so I have great perspectives for professional and career path; - Competitive salary

Cons

Cons here are another side of Pros and depend on your personality and attitude towards work: - You have to learn new things constantly and be ready for changes; - Processes can be broken a bit due to changes on the project so, you have to be smart enough to get things done rather than argue on formal points; - Tasks are challenging. So, if you're looking for comfortable swamp - forget about work at this company.

Pros

Interesting tasks and regular PDPs allow you to follow the intended goals quite clearly.

Cons

The company is still young, so not all processes are streamlined.

Pros

You work with US or Israel tech start-ups, there are also some long-term clients. Fresh tech stack. Tasks are interesting. Colleagues are nice and smart. Many professionals, everyone is open and ready to help, so you can learn from them. Ppl come from different countries. Mngmnt is professional, things are done quickly with no bureaucracy. There are also Personal Development Plans, education, so you can watch people grow. Compensation package is ok, for benefits you have a “wallet” principle which means you can spend a certain amount on your professional development, hobby, taxi, health, beauty etc. Company supports employee relocation to Germany, Chech Republic, Serbia, Romania, Montenegro. In Montenegro you have a new office with a stunning sea-and-mountain view. There used to be an office in Saint’s Petersburg, but it was closed and everyone relocated. Ppl work from Indonesia, Turkey, the Netherlands, etc.

Cons

If you live in Europe, you have to be ready to work until late and early in the morning, as most of the clients are in the US. Loads of work. Internal events are rarely organised, I personally met many people only thanks to moving to Montenegro. If you need equipment you have to find and buy it yourself - you have a strict amount for that.
