This use to be a decent place to work however since they began to try and take a bigger piece of the pie and act like giants in the sector and they started micro managing i have seen so many amazing and hardworking and dedicated staff leave. Some of the management team are really narrow tight and selfish in their approach to be the become a market leader, and they don't really care about collateral damage, ''if they want to leave let them leave'' their exact words, their use to be loyalty and recognition to hard workers now they think a round of drinks will fix it or a bag of crisps come on guys what happen to you, take a look in the mirror, is this how you would want to be treated, no prospects no rewards no heating no A/C no point

I've been at upad for the last couple years and very happy working here. Like anywhere, there has been up and downs. however we all get the opportunity to develop ourselves and be recognised. The overall staff are kind and welcoming and my team has been a delight to work with. New challenges every couple months Relaxed environment so you can learn a lot.

Office building can improve. More team bonding exercises.
