Pros
Offer remote positions, but then push for in-person. In-bound leads make it easier, but not enough leads to go around.
Cons
After reaching yearly sales goals, they set higher sales quotas and drop commission percentages. This has been the case for the past 4 years. Technology and offerings are not competitive enough. They push sales to sell clients a better version of the product that does not exist. Company is not doing well as a whole. Not worth investing time in working here. Most employees are looking to leave as the company has begun to replace US employees with Mexico based new hires
