Pros
You will learn about different types of businesses here, there's always something to do, tons of room for growth, people are nice here, nice office, good food and snacks, they celebrate birthdays here
Cons
Everyone does stick to their departments but are still cordial with each other in common areas, located on one way street so it makes it a hassle to go out and get lunch, not much good lunch spots that are walking distance, music can get repetitive sometimes but they do change it up sometimes
