      Pros

      Some of the colleagues were quite nice.

      Cons

      I didn't feel appreciated or acknowledged for my efforts. I found my salary too low. I often felt ignored and my results not acknowledged. I felt like I was given more and more tasks and not given a corresponding raise in salary.

      compensation for overtime and generally fair worker treatment which is something noteworthy in this industry

      Cons

      all positions in project management are filled with people that got there by accident and are not fit to do the job
