I do not have any cons.

I've never worked with a better core of individuals. I connect with teams across the world. The consideration and care employees have for one another, you won't find anywhere else. The UpperKey is a team first company. The environment is hostile, negatively competitive and lacks teamwork. You won't find any of that here. Work/life balance is the real deal. They highly encourage you to take your holiday to spend with friends and family...and of course, travel.

Every place you go there will be challenges and something people are not happy with, but what I appreciate about Upperkey is that the company does its best to address the challenges in a balanced way.
