Pros
- Work culture is just awesome. - Their talent matching and CSM team is top notch and will give you immense support to find the right job and pay rate - Word class pay rate offered for the right candidates - I actually regret not finding this marketplace back in 2015 when I started my remote work journey. - I have worked/interviewed for almost all famous job marketplaces and I can tell you from my experience, that Upstack is one of the best with great list of clients.
Cons
Finding a job sometimes can take a bit of time, but this depends on your role and skills. I do not see any other cons to be honest.
