Cons
There is a big difference between having good culture and being culty. They strive very deeply to have great culture but I would compare them to the atmosphere of a Fraternity or a Sorority in college. If you don’t have the same exact interests, you will feel out of place here. Business-side of the company is fairly good, but the development side (from the CTO to the code itself) is a literal disaster. There are no words to describe how terrible it is. You will likely witness and personally experience discrimination (racial, gender, sexual, cultural, religious, etc.) while employed here. You will likely be belittled, tormented, and ignored (in retaliation) while working here. You will likely have to work overtime to meet unrealistic and chaotic goals. I personally have never experienced anything like it before, or since.
