Most positive work environment I have ever been in. You are surrounded by success. Mgmt is progressive but down to earth, demanding but fair. Fun work atmosphere as well. Raises and bonuses are regularly given. Mgmt. seeks employee input at every level. Excellent life / work balance. You are given every tool and support you need to succeed.

Mgmt loves to keep a lot of ethereal policy, thrives upon gray areas, and will "move the goal posts" on you. The company is growing so fast due to success it is hard to keep up its hiring to meet the demand.
