Not recommend - Designer Urbacity Design Build Employee Review

The team is not professional, everyone continuously blamed each other during my employment. Had awkward meetings, noone knew what to do or discuss in the meetings. The job/role description is never given to me. When I asked for an employment letter after one year, I was stalled for a month then my employment was terminated without a valid reason when the clients were very happy with the service that I provided.
