Then one demo got fixed and their policy is to ask advance pay from the student, say for two months or so. urban pro takes away 1200 from the tutor if pay is below 4800 or 20% if pay is above that. Now tutor is going to work hard for nothing. now if you tell the student that he needs to pay Rs.250 per hour (say for spoken english) and spend at once 4000 for two months (twice a week or two hours a week) just tell me why would he or she do that? if i were the student would I do that? Now, even if he or she has generous parents who make the lumpsum payment, urban pro extracts 1200 and you as tutor will be left with 2800 for 16 days. how does that sound? Also are you sure student will continue after that even? may be yes may be no. all classes should be taken via urban pro platform. this is another hassle. I think teacheorn is better. they are not so greedy. exploiting teachers and extracting money is the work of urban pro
