      Pros

      Was an intern for 5 or 6 months before getting a full time position nearer to my house. Enjoyed the work, kind of a fast paced environment. I got exposed to a lot of different things in the IT field. Would want to stay but commute was way too long

      Cons

      Nothing really, sometimes some tasks are high priority for the customers so sometimes it is stressful to get them done on time

      Pros

      US eDirect is a fast growing company. The opportunity to grow in the company is progressive. There are several opportunities to learn which makes the job easier in certain aspects. Staff is friendly. The ability to work from home is a plus!

      Cons

      For new employees, training needs to be stronger. It would be more beneficial to the employee (and the company) to have someone who can train the new employees in the department they were hired for. Certain processes need more attention than others.
