      Great work / life balance Get to work for a ton of different types of companies Get to use some of the best equipment in Ui's research labs Some room for growth

      Pros

      Very dense talent base. Passionate about user experience.

      Cons

      No growth structure for vertical movement. They admit to it, but it is sad as they let quality talent come in and go out. Just be aware of that.
