Pros

Great low-level workers. Very enthusiastic, and helpful, making every moment of working experience valuable.

Cons

Where to start... Management: 1. Zero experience in managing. 2. HR working from home for no reason at all. 3. HR have no basic understanding about human resource at all. 4. HR takes weeks to reply a simple email. 5. No EPF were given, but deducted from salary. 5. Higher-ups and leads have ZERO understanding about company goal, and business understanding. 6. Does not care about low-level workers morale. 7. Higher-ups always hard sells and bad decision making. 8. Team leaders with ZERO coding proficiency and technical experience. Working experience: 1. Flexibility only for the higher ups. 2. Low level workers are forbidden to work from home. 3. Irrelevant and impossible KPI set by the managers. 4. Crunched timeline, resulting to forced long hours of working. 5. Ideas were often rejected, for the sake of maintaining balance among leaders. 6. Blind leading the blinds.

Pros

-Forefront of AI innovation, leveraging cutting-edge technology to build its products, If you are a 'tech samurai', this is where you wanna be. -Leadership fosters a strong growth mindset, encouraging everyone to innovate and expand skillset, step out of their comfort zones, fostering personal and professional growth. -The company has a fantastic culture of diversity and inclusion, where respect among colleagues is evident in day-to-day interactions. Everyone is encouraged to voice out. -Great opportunities for continuous learning, particularly with the introduction of new processes that demand good coding practice.

Cons

-The fast-paced nature of the work and ambitious goals can be demanding and may not suit everyone. Some require longer working hours to meet timeline... definitely not for any weak souls... -The expectations for coding proficiency and exploratory mindset are challenging for those with less technical experience or ppl like to be told specifically what to do... -The introduction of new processes often requires quick adaptation... The focus on continuous improvement and risk-taking may feel overwhelming for individuals who prefer more structured or traditional environments...

Pros

Absolutely none—anything positive is a fabrication to cover up the disaster that is this company

Cons

- Constant salary delays: 4 consecutive months had late salary payments due to "parent company issues," with empty promises of fixing it. - EPF fraud: Deductions for EPF shown on payslips never reached employees’ accounts, with HR giving absurd excuses for this illegal act. - Manipulative brainwashing: Regular meetings aimed at brainwashing employees into believing the company's nonsense vision, while disregarding real issues. - Threats to resign: Management routinely threatens employees into resigning if they raise concerns, offering no evidence to justify these threats. - Clueless leadership: Management lacks any real direction, making impulsive decisions without considering employee feedback. - Hardcoding nonsense: Instead of addressing technical issues properly, tech engineers are forced to hardcode solutions just to make things work temporarily. This quick-fix approach is then falsely presented by business development to clients, essentially fooling and deceiving them. - Impossible demands on tech engineers: Due to the hardcoded solutions temporarily succeeding, tech engineers are pressured to make unrealistic solutions work, often with impossible deadlines. It's a constant cycle of exploitation and burnout. - Fake employee care: Management pretends to care about employees but turns hostile whenever the pressure is on.
