7yGosh, we’re really sorry to hear you had such an awful experience - we have an absolute no tolerance policy to bullying, intimidation and discrimination, so we hope that you flagged this with one of the HR team or through our confidential whistleblowing third-party service?
As you may have seen in another of our responses, we’re currently making some significant improvements to our performance management processes, which include clear and measurable ways of working. We believe that these changes will help to set much clearer expectations around behaviour and accountability, particularly for people managers and team leads, so there will be nowhere to hide with behaviour like this!
