- The training they give is ridiculous compared with the reality of the job. - They payment is not very good. - It is complicated to get paid; there are 4 different people involved to get paid (me, the school, Uteach and a company who is managing the payments). There are mistakes frequently. You need to be sending e-mail all the time to make them fix the mistakes. - They offer resources but you can not download them. - Some partners haven´t been paid when they were sick.
