Pros
Let's cut to the chase with all the reviews on here. There is a lot happening and some of the titles on here are downright disgusting but you can't tell people how to feel. The truth of the matter though, is just what the current and previous employees have stated. The issues are way more reserved than what is actually being posted on this forum. The negatives of this company far out weight any positive that is trying to be spun.
Cons
Within any organization there is turnover and micromanagement and I accept that but within Utilisave the turnover rate is 100% the numbers speak for themselves. Let me not forget to mention the arduous interview process- coming in for a first interview, meeting 3 people, coming back meeting the same 3 again- then being told by all three that the CEO can be a bit intense, sometimes border on rude, but overall he is nice person and being video tapped without your knowledge - buyer beware. I been through it so I know. If you have a job, my advice to you don't leave unless you are really miserable and if you are miserable this place will make it worse. Not only is the pay not on par with today's rates, the healthcare benefits are terrible and don't be fooled with the "generous PTO package" that is a ploy- 16 days for the whole year (vacation and sick time included). There was a response by the company that asked why would the people who are still there remained, it's obvious, they need a job because they have bills to pay-some are nearing retirement age, others fresh out of school and the others will be out sooner than later.
